What are the payment methods?

There is only one payment method and it is PayPal.

When am I able to access my download?

Once you payment is processed successfully through PayPal, you will receive your download link.

How long will my download link be available in my account?

Your download link will be available as soon as you money is processed in your account, for 1 week only.

*You only have a maximum of 5 times to download it before the link is expired.

 How can I subscribe to your newsletters?

When registering for an account just check on the subscribe to newsletter box or if you have an account just login to your account and then underneath the “Email Notifications” sections click on newsletters. Check the box and click update.

 What should I do to unsubscribe from the newsletters?

To unsubscribe from the monthly newsletters just login to your account go under the “Email Notifications” section click on the   “Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletter”  and uncheck the box and click on update.

 What will the newsletters notify me of?

Our newsletters will only notify you of any of our monthy sales coming up and when a free item is available for customers to grab up.

 What should I do if my link that I purchased doesn’t work?

Notify us of your situation and once we have checked that the link doesn’t work we will refund you for your purchase.
